Returns and Exchanges
At angelpetsonline.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,simply return it within 10 days of your invoice date for an exchange or refund (less restocking fee and S/H charges.)
To return an item:
Send us an email with your invoice number stating your desire to return an item. . Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging without damage.
To return a defective item:
Please inspect all items upon receipt. All defective items must be reported via email within 3 days from the date you receive the order. We do not accept claims for damaged items after 3 days.
Each order is an individual custom order therefore there is a $25 restocking fee that will not be refunded for a cancelled or returned item nor will the shipping and handling fee be refunded once shipped. Custom name tags are nonrefundable at a fee of $7.00
